Terms and Conditions

By proceeding with this investment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Guaranteed Results

Jessica Marie Pinili makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from participating in any course, program, mastermind, masterclass, or coaching container and services. All information, teachings, strategies, and tools are provided for educational and developmental purposes only. Your results are determined by your individual effort, commitment, and implementation.


2. Payment Policy and Non-Refundability

  • All purchases are strictly non-refundable.

  • If you have selected a payment plan, you are legally and contractually required to complete all instalments in full and on the agreed due dates, regardless of your level of participation in the program.

  • Failure to meet your scheduled payment may result in temporary suspension from the program until your account is brought up to date.

  • If a payment is late or if you request to adjust your payment plan, an administrative fee will apply as follows:

    • USD $20.99 per week for payments made in US Dollars

    • AUD $40.00 per week for payments made in Australian Dollars

  • It is your responsibility to ensure payment details are accurate and up to date.

If payments default for more than 30 days without resolution, your account may be referred to a debt collection agency, and you will be liable for any additional costs incurred in the recovery process.


3. Currency and Tax Information

Jessica Marie Pinili accepts payments in both United States Dollars (USD) and Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • If you are located in Australia, applicable purchases will include GST.

  • All pricing and payment plans will clearly indicate the currency being charged at the time of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

  • All materials provided are the exclusive intellectual property of Jessica Marie Pinili.

  • Access is granted for personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, resell, or repurpose any part of the content without written consent.

  • Any unauthorised use or distribution of program content may result in legal action.

 

5. Woman Mastery HQ Membership

As stated in the Terms & Conditions box at checkout, the Woman Mastery HQ Membership is a minimum 12-month contract.

  • You are required to commit to the full 12 months.

  • After the initial 12 months, if you wish to cancel, you must provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice via email to [email protected].

  • Until such notice is received and confirmed, payments will continue to be charged as per your agreed plan.
