These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Jessica Marie Pinili Coaching / JPINILI Coaching, including Woman Mastery HQ, Private Mentorship, coaching, courses, programs, masterminds, masterclasses, digital products and other services.

By completing a purchase, selecting a payment plan, ticking the acceptance box at checkout, or otherwise enrolling in a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. No Guaranteed Results

Jessica Marie Pinili Coaching does not guarantee any specific financial, business, personal or other outcome from participating in any course, program, membership, mastermind, masterclass, coaching container or service.

All information, teachings, strategies, resources and tools are provided for educational and developmental purposes.

Your results depend on factors including your individual circumstances, decisions, effort, commitment and implementation.

2. Payment Policy & Refunds

Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase, all purchases are final and change-of-mind refunds, credits or cancellations are not provided.

This includes requests arising from lack of participation, failure to use the service, change of circumstances, scheduling conflicts, perceived results or a decision to discontinue participation.

This policy does not exclude any refund, remedy or other right you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan or membership with recurring instalments, you agree to complete all payments falling due under your selected minimum commitment period.

Your payment obligation remains regardless of:

how frequently you participate;
whether you access the materials or community;
whether you attend coaching calls;
whether you implement the material;
whether you achieve your desired results; or
whether you decide to stop participating before your minimum term ends.

A request to cancel, pause, withdraw or discontinue participation does not remove amounts already due or your obligation to complete the payments required during your minimum contracted term.

Failure to make a payment does not constitute cancellation of your agreement.

Failed & Overdue Payments

If a scheduled payment is missed, declined or otherwise unsuccessful:

a $35 late payment fee may be applied each time a scheduled payment fails, to the extent permitted by law;
access to the applicable membership, program, coaching or services may be suspended until the account is brought up to date; and
continued non-payment may result in the account being classified as in default.

If an account remains unpaid for more than 30 days, Jessica Marie Pinili Coaching may refer the outstanding balance to a third-party debt collection agency.

To the extent permitted by law and where reasonably incurred as a result of recovering the outstanding debt, you may also be responsible for applicable debt recovery costs, legal costs and administrative expenses.

Jessica Marie Pinili Coaching reserves the right to pursue any lawful remedies available to recover outstanding amounts.

3. Currency & Tax Information

Jessica Marie Pinili Coaching may accept payments in Australian Dollars (AUD) and United States Dollars (USD).

The applicable currency will be displayed at the time of purchase.

For Australian customers, prices will include or have GST applied where required by law.

You are responsible for any foreign exchange fees, international transaction fees or other charges imposed independently by your bank or payment provider.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All materials provided through Jessica Marie Pinili Coaching are protected intellectual property and remain the property of Jessica Marie Pinili unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

frameworks;
templates;
tools and calculators;
worksheets and workbooks;
videos and recordings;
training materials;
written content;
coaching resources;
portal content;
presentations;
processes and methodologies; and
downloadable resources.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the materials for your own personal and business development.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, share, publish, resell, licence, teach, commercially exploit or repurpose any material without prior written permission.

Unauthorised use or distribution may result in termination of access and further action where permitted by law.

5. Woman Mastery HQ Membership

Minimum Commitment

Woman Mastery HQ is offered with different minimum commitment periods.

Depending on the option selected at checkout, your minimum commitment may be:

3 months
6 months
12 months

The specific minimum commitment, price and payment arrangement applicable to you are those displayed and accepted at the time of purchase.

By enrolling, you agree to complete the entire minimum commitment period selected at checkout.

The minimum commitment is a contractual commitment and cannot ordinarily be shortened, paused or cancelled early because of non-use, change of mind, personal circumstances or a decision to stop participating, subject always to any rights you may have under applicable law.

A request to leave Woman Mastery HQ before the end of your minimum commitment does not release you from payments due for the remainder of that minimum term.

Monthly Payment Options

Where you select monthly payments, your payments will be processed according to the billing schedule presented at checkout for the duration of your minimum commitment.

For example, if you select:

a 3-month commitment, you are responsible for the payments required during those 3 months;
a 6-month commitment, you are responsible for the payments required during those 6 months; or
a 12-month commitment, you are responsible for the payments required during those 12 months.

Stopping participation or failing to use your membership does not stop your contractual payment obligations.

Pay in Full Options

Where you select a Pay in Full option, your payment provides access for the minimum membership term specified at checkout.

Paying in full does not mean the membership automatically terminates at the end of that minimum term.

The continuation and cancellation provisions below apply to both monthly and Pay in Full members.

Membership Continuation After Your Minimum Term

Completing your 3-, 6- or 12-month minimum commitment does not automatically cancel or terminate your Woman Mastery HQ membership.

Unless valid cancellation notice has been provided in accordance with these Terms, your membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis after your minimum commitment ends.

Your ongoing month-to-month membership will be charged at the applicable ongoing membership rate communicated or displayed for your membership, subject to any notice requirements applying to price changes.

This applies to members who originally joined using either:

monthly payments; or
a Pay in Full option.

Your membership will continue until valid written cancellation notice is provided and the applicable notice period has expired.

Cancellation After Your Minimum Term

Once your minimum commitment has been completed, you may cancel your membership by providing at least 30 days’ written notice.

Cancellation requests must be emailed to:

admin@womanmasteryhq.com

Messages sent through:

social media;
Instagram or Facebook DMs;
Kajabi messages;
community posts;
text messages;
coaching calls; or
verbal conversations

will not constitute valid written cancellation notice.

Your membership remains active and membership fees continue to apply during the 30-day notice period.

Your final payment will depend on where your next billing date falls within that notice period.

What Does Not Constitute Cancellation

The following do not cancel your Woman Mastery HQ membership:

completing your initial minimum term;
stopping participation;
no longer logging into the membership;
not attending calls;
not using your Personal Portal;
leaving or muting the community;
removing your payment method;
a declined or failed payment; or
verbally telling Jessica or another team member that you may not continue.

Valid cancellation requires the written notice described above.

Outstanding Payments After Your Minimum Term

If your minimum commitment has ended but you have not provided valid cancellation notice, your membership continues month-to-month and the applicable membership fees remain payable.

If, due to a failed payment, payment processing issue, administrative oversight or another circumstance, a payment that became due during an active membership period is not successfully collected, the failure to collect that payment does not by itself terminate the membership or waive an otherwise valid amount owing.

Jessica Marie Pinili Coaching reserves the right to seek payment of outstanding membership fees in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

6. Private Mentorship

Private Mentorship is subject to the minimum commitment period displayed and agreed to at checkout.

Depending on the mentorship offer purchased, the applicable term may vary. The specific commitment period and payment schedule presented at the time of purchase form part of your agreement.

You agree to complete all payments due during your agreed minimum commitment period.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, early cancellation, pausing or transferring Private Mentorship is not permitted during the minimum commitment period, subject to any rights available under applicable law.

If your particular Private Mentorship agreement provides for ongoing month-to-month continuation after the minimum term, you must provide at least 30 days’ written notice to:

to discontinue the ongoing service.

Cancellation requests submitted through personal messages, Kajabi, social media, text messages or during coaching calls will not constitute valid written notice.

Where your Private Mentorship is structured to continue month-to-month, it will continue and applicable fees will remain payable until valid cancellation notice has been received and the applicable notice period expires.

Payments made toward Private Mentorship are non-refundable for change of mind, non-participation or early withdrawal, subject to any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Access, Conduct & Termination

You agree to engage respectfully and lawfully with Jessica Marie Pinili Coaching, its team, contractors, clients and community members.

Jessica Marie Pinili Coaching reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary in response to:

harassment or abusive conduct;
threats or intimidation;
illegal activity;
serious or repeated breaches of community standards;
unauthorised sharing of confidential information;
infringement of intellectual property rights; or
material breach of these Terms.

Termination of access due to a material breach does not automatically extinguish amounts that became payable before termination or amounts otherwise lawfully recoverable under the agreement.

Any rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

8. Disclaimer

All information provided through Jessica Marie Pinili Coaching is for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing provided constitutes personalised:

financial advice;
legal advice;
accounting or tax advice;
medical advice; or
psychological or mental health treatment.

You remain responsible for your own business, financial and personal decisions and should seek appropriately qualified professional advice where required.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jessica Marie Pinili Coaching will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from participation in or use of its services.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, Jessica Marie Pinili Coaching’s liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

10. Privacy & Confidentiality

Personal information collected by Jessica Marie Pinili Coaching will be handled in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Information shared by clients within coaching sessions, memberships, masterminds and community spaces is confidential.

Members and clients must not disclose, screenshot, record, distribute or publicly share another participant's confidential information without that person's permission.

Where coaching sessions or group calls are recorded for member access, this will be communicated as appropriate.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and any courts competent to hear appeals from those courts.

12. Enforcement & Legal Rights

Jessica Marie Pinili Coaching reserves the right to enforce these Terms & Conditions and exercise any rights available under applicable law.

A breach of these Terms, including failure to make payments that are validly due, may result in:

suspension of access;
recovery proceedings;
referral of outstanding amounts to a third-party debt collection agency;
legal proceedings; and
recovery of reasonable costs where permitted by law.

A delay or failure by Jessica Marie Pinili Coaching to enforce a provision, process a payment, identify an outstanding amount or exercise a contractual right does not automatically constitute a waiver of that right.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Changes to These Terms

Jessica Marie Pinili Coaching may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The terms applicable to a client's original minimum commitment are those agreed to at the time of purchase, unless changes are subsequently agreed between the parties or may otherwise lawfully apply.

Where changes materially affect an ongoing membership or recurring service, reasonable notice will be provided where required.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By completing your purchase, selecting your payment option and accepting these Terms & Conditions at checkout, you confirm that you:

have read and understood these Terms;
agree to the minimum commitment selected at checkout;
understand your payment obligations;
understand that completing a minimum Woman Mastery HQ term does not automatically cancel the membership;
understand that Woman Mastery HQ continues month-to-month after the minimum term unless valid cancellation notice is provided;
understand the 30-day written cancellation requirement; and
agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
