Terms and Conditions

By proceeding with this investment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Guaranteed Results

Jessica Marie Pinili makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from participating in any course, program, mastermind, masterclass, or coaching container and services. All information, teachings, strategies, and tools are provided for educational and developmental purposes only. Your results are determined by your individual effort, commitment, and implementation.


2. Payment Policy and Refunds

  • All sales are final. No refunds or credits are provided.

  • If you have selected a payment plan, you are legally and contractually required to complete all instalments in full and on the agreed due dates, regardless of your level of participation in the program.

  • Failure to meet your scheduled payment may result in temporary suspension from the program until your account is brought up to date.

  • If a payment is late or if you request to adjust your payment plan, an administrative fee will apply as follows:

    • USD $20.99 per week for payments made in US Dollars

    • AUD $40.00 per week for payments made in Australian Dollars

  • It is your responsibility to ensure payment details are accurate and up to date.

If payments default for more than 30 days without resolution, your account may be referred to a debt collection agency, and you will be liable for any additional costs incurred in the recovery process.


3. Currency and Tax Information

Jessica Marie Pinili accepts payments in both United States Dollars (USD) and Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • If you are located in Australia, applicable purchases will include GST.

  • All pricing and payment plans will clearly indicate the currency being charged at the time of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

  • All materials provided are the exclusive intellectual property of Jessica Marie Pinili.

  • Access is granted for personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, resell, or repurpose any part of the content without written consent.

  • Any unauthorised use or distribution of program content may result in legal action.

 

5. Woman Mastery HQ Membership

Membership requires a minimum commitment period based on the option selected at checkout, either 6 months or 12 months, as outlined in the Terms & Conditions agreed upon at purchase.

 

6. Conduct

  • Jessica Pinili Coaching reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund for harassment, illegal behaviour, or violation of community standards.

 

7. Disclaimer

  • All information is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and results.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jessica Pinili Coaching’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. The provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

 

9. Privacy

  • Personal information is collected and used in accordance with Jessica Pinili Coaching’s Privacy Policy. All information shared in coaching sessions or community spaces is strictly confidential and must not be disclosed outside the program.

 

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that region.

By completing this purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. These policies are designed to maintain the integrity of the work and create a high-standard experience for all clients.
