Terms and Conditions

By proceeding with this investment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Guaranteed Results

Jessica Marie Pinili makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from participating in any course, program, mastermind, masterclass, or coaching container and services. All information, teachings, strategies, and tools are provided for educational and developmental purposes only. Your results are determined by your individual effort, commitment, and implementation.


2. Payment Policy and Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, lack of participation, perceived results, or personal circumstances.

By selecting a payment plan, you enter into a legally binding agreement to complete all instalments in full, on the agreed dates. This obligation remains regardless of usage, engagement level, or outcomes experienced.

Failure to complete payments does not constitute a valid cancellation of your contract.

If a payment is missed or declined, your access may be suspended immediately until the account is brought up to date. Continued non-payment will result in your account being formally classified as in default.

If your account remains unpaid for more than 30 days, the outstanding balance will be referred to a third-party debt collection agency without further notice. You will be liable for all associated recovery costs, legal fees, and administrative charges incurred during this process.

Jessica MariePinili Coaching reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover outstanding balances.


3. Currency and Tax Information

Jessica Marie Pinili accepts payments in both United States Dollars (USD) and Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • If you are located in Australia, applicable purchases will include GST.

  • All pricing and payment plans will clearly indicate the currency being charged at the time of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

  • All materials provided are the exclusive intellectual property of Jessica Marie Pinili.

  • Access is granted for personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, resell, or repurpose any part of the content without written consent.

  • Any unauthorised use or distribution of program content may result in legal action.

 

5. Woman Mastery HQ Membership

By enrolling in Woman Mastery HQ Membership, you are committing to the full minimum term selected at checkout. This is a contractual agreement and is not subject to early termination, pause, or cancellation for any reason.

Requests to cancel, withdraw, or discontinue participation before the completion of the agreed term do not release you from your financial obligations.

Failure to provide valid written notice in accordance with these terms will result in your membership continuing and billing remaining active.

  • You are required to commit to the minimum commitment period agreed upon at purchase.

  • If you wish to discontinue after your minimum term, you must provide 30 days’ written notice to admin@womanmasteryhq.com Please note: Cancellation requests submitted via personal message on Kajabi, social media, or during a call will not be actioned or considered valid notice.

  • Without written notice, your membership, including for clients who have paid in full, will automatically roll over to a month-to-month basis and continue until cancellation is requested.

  • With the Pay in Full option, you receive immediate access to WMHQ for 12 months. At the end of your 12-month term, your membership will automatically transition to a month-to-month subscription at the current membership rate at that time. If you wish to cancel after your initial 12 months, 30 days’ written notice via email is required prior to your renewal date.

  • With Monthly Payments, you commit to a 12-month membership term, billed monthly. You will receive full access to all WMHQ inclusions for the duration of your active membership. After your initial 12-month term is complete, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis at the current rate, unless 30 days’ written notice via email is provided prior to your renewal date.

 

6. Private Mentorship

Private Mentorship requires a minimum commitment period of 3 months, as outlined in the Terms & Conditions agreed to at the time of purchase.

You are required to complete the full 6-month minimum commitment period.
Early cancellation, pausing, or transferring of the container is not permitted.

If you wish to discontinue after your minimum term has been completed, you must provide 30 days’ written notice to jessica@jessicapinili.com.
Please note: Cancellation requests submitted via personal message, Kajabi comments, social media, or during calls will not be actioned or considered valid notice.

Without written notice, your Private Mentorship will automatically continue month-to-month at the same monthly rate until cancellation is requested in accordance with the above terms.

All payments made toward Private Mentorship—whether monthly or paid in full—are non-refundable.

 

7. Conduct

  • Jessica Pinili Coaching reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund for harassment, illegal behaviour, or violation of community standards.

 

8. Disclaimer

  • All information is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and results.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jessica Pinili Coaching’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. The provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

 

10. Privacy

  • Personal information is collected and used in accordance with Jessica Pinili Coaching’s Privacy Policy. All information shared in coaching sessions or community spaces is strictly confidential and must not be disclosed outside the program.

 

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that region.

 

12. Enforcement & Legal Rights

Jessica Marie Pinili Coaching reserves the right to enforce these Terms & Conditions to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any breach of contract, including failure to complete agreed payments, may result in legal action, recovery proceedings, and additional costs being applied to the client.

 

Acknowledgment

By completing this purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. These policies are designed to maintain the integrity of the work and create a high-standard experience for all clients.
